The bill (Reg. No. 3333) suggests supplement sub-clause ‘б’ of clause 176.2 of article 176 of the Tax Code.
The Committee members think that ‘after adopting the bill, the following changes will be stipulated: simplifying the procedure of filing a tax return to the inland revenue authorities; creating a positive image of tax authorities; reducing paperwork; increasing the level of tax culture and responsibility of citizens for paying taxes'.
